Cancellation Policy
Substitution, cancellation, and refund requests must be made in writing. A full refund, minus a $75.00 administrative charge, will be made for cancellations postmarked or emailed to admin@acrnet.org by September 20, 2017. The refund will not be issued until after the Annual Conference.
Refund requests received after September 20, 2017 cannot be honored under any circumstances. Substitutions are permitted at any time upon written notice from the original registrant.
All requests for substitutions, cancellation or refunds must be sent to ACR staff offices at admin@acrnet.org or 1639 Bradley Park Drive, Ste 500-142, Columbus, GA 31904.
Calling Volunteers! Conference volunteers receive a discounted registration rate of $198 and the opportunity to attend conference sessions and events when not on duty in return for working a minimum of 3 shifts, each 3 – 4 hours long. Volunteers monitor sessions, provide directions, check badges, assist with registration, and help at conference events. For additional information about volunteering at the conference, contact ACR at 202.780.5999. To register, click the Register Online button on the right and look for Conference Volunteers under the registration options. Volunteers Rock!
Financial aid scholarships are available for ACR members who are active in the field of conflict resolution as practitioners or educators, but lack the personal financial resources and/or employer sponsorship to attend the Annual Conference. Financial aid scholarship recipients pay a reduced registration fee of $195.00 for the Main Conference. ACR members interested in applying may inquire by email to info@acrannualconference.org. The application deadline is July 15, 2017. Those who apply by the deadline who do not receive a scholarship may register later through the normal registration process and the early registration rate will be honored.
